Here are a few photos of Lanie and friends enjoying the Halloween Spirit. Today, she and I carved and painted pumpkins - well, I carved, she painted, and then she played in the pumpkin guts, which she had some great stories for as she was playing with it and squishing the guts through her fingers. She even took the liberty of painting her own face - with her hands! Aubrey got a little nervous about all of the mess, but alas, it was only pumpkin and tempera paint - all of which cleaned up quite easily.
Little Picasso is now resting up from all of her artistic activities. More to come soon.
